RESOLUTION NO. 83-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 10918 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 207-213 SOUTH
ORANGE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 10918 pertaining to
the division of property located at 207-213 South Orange
Avenue, was conditionally approved by this Council on May
19, 1980, would expire on May 19, 1983, unless extended by
this Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of
the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Tract Map No. 10918 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of six months to November 19, 1983,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council.
