RESOLUTION NO. 83-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 11035 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 502-514 EAST
CHESTNUT AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 11035 pertaining to
the division of property located at 502-514 East Chestnut
Avenue, was conditionally approved by this Council on May 5,
1980, would expire on May 5, 1983, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Tract Map No. 11035 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of six months to November 5, 1983,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council.
