RESOLUTION NO. 83-64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 82-108 (ESTABLISHING
A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES) TO ADD
THERETO A FEE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR
PEDESTRIAN FOOD VENDOR PERMITS
WHEREAS, this Council, by its Resolution No. 82-
108, dated August 2, 1982, adopted a Uniform Schedule of
Fees designed to compensate the City for the cost of
providing certain services; and
WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS -
1660, adopted March 21, 1983, established the requirement
that persons desiring to sell food or beverage from a
pushcart obtain a pedestrian food vendor's permit from the
City, and provided for this Council to set a fee for
applications for such permits by resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that Section III of said Resolution
No. 82-108 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
permit application fee:
MISCELLANEOUS SALES OR SERVICES UNIT CHARGE
Pedestrian Food Vendor Permit Each $150.00
