A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF BOWERS
MUSEUM TO LEASE OR RENT THE MOBILE MUSEUM UNIT.
WHEREAS, the Bowers Museum of the City of Santa Ana,
has a Mobile Museum unit consisting of a truck and trailer
which displays museum exhibits, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease or rent said
mobile museum unit to various organizations for short periods
of time throughout the year, and.
WHEREAS, the use of said unit requires the execution
of a lease or rental agreement, and
WHEREAS, City desires to authorize the Director of
Bowers Museum to approve and execute all such lease or
rental agreements;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that the Director of Bowers Museum is
hereby authorized to execute lease or rental agreements for
the use of the mobile museum unit on behalf of the City of
Santa Ana.
