RESOLUTION NO. 83-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN TENTA-
TIVE TRACT MAP 11221 SHALL EXPIRE FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 909-921 NORTH GARFIELD STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 11221 pertaining to
the division of property located at 909-921 North Garfield
Street, was conditionally approved by this Council on
February 2, 1981, would expire on August 2, 1983, unless
extended by this Council pursuant to the provisions of
Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an exten-
sion of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Tenta-
tive Tract Map No. 11221 be, and the same is hereby, ex-
tended for a period of one year to August 2, 1984, subject
to the same conditions and requirements as previously im-
posed on the approval of said map by the Council.
ADOPTED this 15th day of August
1983.
