A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERS
81-174, 82-40 AND 82-60 TO DELETE THE BONUS
PLAN FOR THE OFFICES OF CITY MANAGER,
CITY ATTORNEY AND CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:

1. That paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 81-174 is
hereby amended by deleting the following words: "and bonus
considerations in accordance with an evaluation system to be
established by the City Council."
2. That paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 82-40 is
