A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
VARIANCE 81-5 SHALL EXPIRE FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MONTE VISTA
STREET BETWEEN SULLIVAN STREET AND
GOLDEN WEST AVENUE

WHEREAS, Variance No. 81-5, allowing development
of a three -structure, ten -unit condominium project, waiving
density and rear yard requirements, on property located on
the south side of Monte Vista Street between Sullivan Street
and Golden West Avenue in the Rl use district, was approved
by this Council on April 6, 1981; and
WHEREAS, said variance will have expired due to
nonuse on April 6, 1983 unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said variance has re-
quested an extension of the expiration date of said variance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Variance 81-5 is hereby extended to April 6, 1984, subject
to the same conditions and requirements as originally im-
posed on the approval of said variance.
