RESOLUTION NO. 83-116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP 11308 SHALL EXPIRE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF SUSAN STREET BETWEEN
MACARTHUR BOULEVARD AND SUNFLOWER AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 11308 pertaining to the
division of property located on the east and west sides of Susan
Sheet between MacArthur Boulevard and Sunflower Avenue, was con-
ti�tionally approved by this Council on February 2, 1981, would
expire on August 2, 1983, unless extended by this Council;
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an extension
ofthe expiration date of said Tentative Tract Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Tentative
Tract Map No. 11308, and the same is hereby, extended for a per-
iod of six months to February 2, 1984, subject to the same con-
diltions and requirements as previously imposed on the approval
of!,said map by the Council.
ADOPTED this 19th day of September , 1983.
