RESOLUTION NO. 83-133
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHOR-
IZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN
THE OFFICE OF THE RISK MANAGEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine
that those certain claim files for the years 1977 through
1980 marked "Closed Unlitigated," maintained in the office
of the Risk Management, all of which are more than two
years old, are no longer required to be maintained by the
City, and that the written consent of the City Attorney
to the destruction of the same has been filed with this
Council.
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the
State of California.
