RESOLUTION NO. 83- 138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 81-11 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2315 - 2321 WEST
EDINGER AVENUE
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 81-11, allowing
development of a 14 -unit condominium project on property located
at 2315 - 2321 West Edinger Avenue, was approved by this Council
on October 5, 1983; and
WHEREAS, said conditional use permit will expire due to
nonuse on October 5, 1983 unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said conditional use permit has
requested an extension of the expiration date of said conditional
use permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Conditional Use
Permit No. 81-11 is hereby extended to October 5, 1984, subject
to the same conditions and requirements as originally imposed on
the approval of said conditional use permit.
