A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO EXECUTE ALL
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS REQUIRED BY
ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR
STATE FUNDED PROJECTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines and
declares as follows:
The State of California has enacted legislation by which certain State
funds are made available for use on local transportation facilities. The
funds are made available under various programs defined in the State's
Local Assistance Program Guidelines.
The execution of the "Master Agreement - Administering Agency-State
Agreement for State Funded Projects" and this resolution authorizing the
Executive Director of the Public Works Agency to execute all program
supplements are necessary in order the City to receive and administer the
funding for the design and implementation of the projects.
Section 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Clerk of
the Council to execute the "Master Agreement - Administering Agency-State Agreement
for State Funded Projects".
Section 3: The City Council hereby authorizes the Executive Director of the Public
Works Agency and the City Attorney to execute all program supplements required by the
"Master Agreement - Administering Agency-State Agreement for State Funded Projects".
Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the
City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting
this Resolution.
