HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-1463/88 EXHIBIT A NOT ATTACHED TO RESOLUTION RESOLUTION NO. 83- 146 REL: aig 11/8/83 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 83-10, SEEKING TO WAIVE DENSITY REQUIREMENTS AND PARKING REQUIRE- MENTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1505 NORTH EUCLID STREET WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on November 7, 1983, on Variance Application No. 83-10 to waive density requirements and parking requirements on property located at 1505 North Euclid Street and shown on a map attached hereto as Exhibit A, in the R2 District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing this Council finds and determines as follows: (a) The subject property may be developed and used in accordance with the R2 District zoning regulation without any hardship caused by special circumstances particualr to the property. (b) The proposed use of the property would be incompat- ible with and detrimental to nearby single-family and multiple - family dwellings. (c) The proposed use is inconsistent with low density residential use designated for the area in which it is located by the City's general plan. 2. Variance Application No. 83-10 is hereby denied.
