A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 64573
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process of constructing
the Santa Aha Regional Transportation Center; and
WHEREAS, the current agreement with the State of California re-
garding State funding does not include the latest grants; and
WHEREAS, some additional reporting requirements regarding progress
of the project is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the amendment to agreement No. 64573, regarding the additional grant
and new reporting requirements.
ADOPTED THIS 3rd day of _ January , 1984.
