A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA
AND SANTA FE RAILROAD
WHEREAS, the City Of Santa Ana is in the process of constructing
the Santa Ana Regional TranspOrtation Center; and
WHEREAS, the track~ork in the area needs modification to accomodate
the new center; and
WHEREAS, the AtchiSon, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad will do the
necessary work at an estimate~ cost of $1,625,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BEiIT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the Mayor and ~he.City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the agreement to accomplish this work.
