RESOLUTION NO. 84- 38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING IN CONCEPT THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA'S PORTION OF THE SHARED-
COST FORMULA FOR A NEW FIRE RADIO SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has proposed a new fire
radio system for use by the fire emergency services of the
governmental jurisdictions in Orange County; and
WHEREAS, the city managers of the cities in Orange
County have selected a formula for sharing the cost of the new
fire radio system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the City of Santa Ana's portion
of the abovesaid cost-sharing formula is hereby approved in
concept.
