A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-108 (ESTABLISHING
A UNIFORM SCHEDULF OF FEES) TO AMEND THE PERMIT FEES
PERTAINING TO BUS BENCHES AND SHELTERS.
WHEREAS, this Council, by Resolution No. 82-108 dated
August 2, 1982 adopted a Uniform Scehdule of Fees designed to compensate
the City for the cost of providing certain services; and
WHEREAS, this Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-1706 adopted
December 5, 1983 established the requirement that a non-refundable
permit fee be paid for each bus bench and shelter installation; and
provided that Council, by resolution, set a fee for such permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that Section X of said Resolution No. 82-108 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following permit application fees:

Renewal bus bench and/or bus shelter permit

New bus shelter installation permit
50.00
New bus bench installation permit
15.00
