A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING A PERCENTAGE OF THE GROSS
ADVERTISING REVENUES TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY
FOR BUS SHELTER ADVERTISEMENTS.
WHEREAS, this Council by Ordinance No. NS-1706 adopted
December 5, 1983 established a requirement that Council, by resolution,
set a percentage rate in order to determine the amount of bus shelter
gross revenues that the City would be entitled to receive annually for
rental space on the bus shelters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the City Council hereby establishes 12% as the
rate of annual gross advertising revenues to be received for bus shelter
advertisements.
