AUitDRIZING EXEC[~IC~ OF SblP~ NO. 27 AND 28 TO LOCAL
AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5063 FOR FEDERAL-AID
FUNDING ~OR PROJECTS HES-000S (154) AND (155) - ~TIATION
CR MODIFICATIONS TO TRAFFIC SI(~ALS AT VARIOUS LOCATIC~S
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has identified
improvements in traffic safety as a Transportation objective of highest
priority; and
W/t~REAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding in the ~mount of $396,000 has
been approved and allocated for implementation of such improvement projects;
and
WHEREAS, City-matching funds in the required ~nount of $44,000 are
available.
N~W, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana resolves
that SulTplements No. 27 and 28 to Local Agency/State Agreement No. 07-5063
shall be executed.
ADOPTED this 4th day of Juno, 1984.
