RESOLUTION NO. 84-75
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE 1984
REVISION OF THE HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA'S GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 65588 of the Government
Code of the State of California, the City of Santa Ana, is re-
quired to revise the Housing Element of its General Plan by
July 1, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after holding a
public hearing in the manner required by law, has approved and
forwarded to this Council a proposed 1984 revision of the
Housing Element of the General Plan; and
WHEREAS, this Council has held a duly noticed public
hearing on the said proposed revision of the Housing Element
for the purpose of receiving public comment thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain 1984 revision of the Housing Element of
the General Plan, as approved and transmitted by the Planning
Commission, is hereby approved and adopted.
2. The Clerk of the Council is directed to endorse and
certify the City Council's adoption of the said revised Housing

Element on the official copy thereof and to retain the same on
file in her office.
