RESOLUTION NO. 84- 77
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZ-
ING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine that
Applications for Plumbing Permits, Mechanical Permits and
Electrical Permits filed prior to June 25, 1982, maintained in
the department of Planning and Development Services, are no
longer required to be maintained by the City, and that the
written consent of the City Attorney to the destruction of
the same has been filed with this Council.
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and approve
destruction of said records, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of July , 1984.
