A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AMENDENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 64-573
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process of
constructing the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has been granted
$2,150,000 in State funds under the California Budget Act of
1983 (Item 2660-101-046) in order to complete the Center; and
WHEREAS, the current agreement with the State of
California regarding State funding does not reflect the latest
Federal grant, project schedule or capital budget needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the amendment to Agreement No.
64-573, regarding the additional grant, new project schedule and
revised capital budget.
ADOPTED THIS 6th day of August, 1984.
