RESOLUTION NO. 84-119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE GENERAL
PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa
Ana, at its regular meeting of September 11, 1984, after duly
noticed public hearing, approved amendments to the General Plan
of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the initial
mental study and negative declaration prepared for these
General Plan amendments; and

WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing,
concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of the said General
Plan amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:

That the adoption of the said General Plan amendments
have any significant effect on the environment, and the
declaration prepared for said amendments is hereby
2. That the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is
hereby amended as follows:
A. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use element is
hereby amended to redesignate those areas of the City specified
on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
to the new land use designations set forth therein.

Bo The "Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan" as set forth in
Figure 2.8 of the Circulation element of the General Plan is
replaced with or superseded by the "Bikeway Master Plan,"
attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by refer-
ence. As used therein "Class I" designates a bikeway separate
and apart from a public street, and "Class II" designates a
lane for bicycles on a public street.
