RESOLUTION NO. 84-159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF WRIGHT STREET
BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND FOURTH STREET,
SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND
DIRECTING NOTICE THEREOF TO BE POSTED
AND PUBLISHED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
[E CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part
of Division 9 of the Street and Highways Code of the State of
~lifornia, this Council does hereby declare its intention to
~cate a portion of Wright Street between First Street and
~urth Street, as shown on a map on file in the Office of the
.erk of the Council.
2. Notice is hereby given that at the hour of 7:30 p.m.,
~ as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard on January 7,
~85, in the Council Chambers of the City of Santa Ana, 20
.vic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, a public hearing
.11 be held by this Council at which time any and all persons
~terested in or objecting to the proposed vacation herein-
~ove described may appear and be heard.
3. The Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to cause
lis Resolution to be published twice, once in each of the two
lccessive weeks prior to the abovesaid hearing, in "The
~gister," a newspaper of general circulation in the City.
4. The Executive Director of the Public Services Agency
hereby directed to post conspicuously, in the manner prescribed
law, notice of the adoption of this Resolution, containing
e statement of the day, hour and place of hearing hereinabove
