RESOLUTION NO. 86- 25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE
ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA ("HENINGER PARK").
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa
Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved amendments to
the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and considered the
initial environmental study and negative declaration prepared
for such proposed General Plan amendments; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearings,
concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General
Plan amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The adoption of the said General Plan amendments will
not have a significant effect on the environment, and the negative
declaration prepared for said amendments is hereby approved.
2. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the
General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended in the
following particulars:
(a) The area shown as HR on the map attached hereto
as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is redesignated
to the High Density Residential land use classification.
(b) The area shown as MHR on the said map is re-
designated to the Medium High Density Residential land use
classification.

(c) The area shown as MR on the said map is re-
designated to the Medium Density Residential land use classi-
fication.
ADOPTED this 17th day of March , 1986.
