A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATE
OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 84-5 FOR ONE YEAR
WHEREAS, section 41-647 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code
provides that a conditional use permit becomes void two years after
its approval when the owner fails to institute any action to build
and maintain the use permitted by the conditional use permit, sub-
ject to extension for one year by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Conditional Use Per-
mit No. 84-5 to allow Calvary Church to construct an auditorium
building at 1010 N. Tustin Avenue, on July 16, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Calvary Church has not yet been able to commence
construction of said auditorium and requests an extension of time
in which to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the date on which Conditional Use Permit No.
84-5 shall become void in the absence of the initiation of construc-
tion of the said auditorium is extended for one year, to July 16,
1987.
ADOPTED this 17th day of June , 1986.
