A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AMENEMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 64-573
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process of
constructing the Santa Ana I~gional Transportation Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has been granted $4,540,748 in
State funds in order to complete the Center; and
WHEREAS, the project schedule for the Regional Transportation
Center will extend beyond the June 30, 1985 completion date included in
the City's current agreement with the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute Amendment No. 4 to A~reement No. 64-573, extending
the authorized cc~pletion date.
