A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING PURCHASES
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA BY
THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10324 of the Public
Contract Code of the State of California, the Department of
General Services of the State of California is authorized to
make purchases of materials, equipment and supplies on behalf
of any city upon the written request of such city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The office of Procurement., Department of General
Services of the State of California is authorized to purchase
materials, supplies and equipment on behalf of the City of
Santa Ana pursuant to Section 10324 of said Public Contract Code.
2. The Purchasing Division Manager is authorized to sign
and deliver written requests and all other necessary documents
on behalf of the City of Santa Aha in connection with such
services by the Department of General Services.
