A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENT NO. 32 TO LOCAL AGENCY/
STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5063; FEDERAL
AID URBAN SYSTEMS PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is in the process
of Preliminary Engineering for a street widening project on
Bristol Street from Warner Avenue to First Street; and
WHEREAS; this project is necessary for
increasing volumes of traffic on Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS; the City entered into Agreement No.
07-5063 Local Agency Federal Aid Urban System Projects on
December 19, 1977; and
WHEREAS; a supplement to this agreement is
necessary each time a project or a portion of a project is
processed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the supplement
to this agreement to accomplish this work.
