The City of Santa Ana is authorized to acquire the
eminent domain by Section 4090 of the Streets and '
Code of the State of California and by Sections 37350.5
of the Government Code of the State of California.
3. The property to be taken is located at 901 East
P~ Street (Orange County Assessor's Parcel No. 011-133-06),
the City of Santa Ana as shown on the map attached hereto
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference and is more
specifically described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.

4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana finds
and determines as follows:
(a) The public interest and necessi'ty require
the proposed project.
(b) The proposed project is plan~ed or located
