RESOLUTION NO. 87-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 87-31
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that Resolution No. 87-31, adopted by this Council
on April 20, 1987, is hereby amended by adding paragraph 5
thereto, to read as follows:
"5. Real Property which is the subject of a "Dis-
position and Development Agreement" or an "Owner Participa-
tion Agreement" which has been approved by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana shall be sub-
ject to the density limitations of the General Plan as it
existed prior to its amendment by this Resolution."
ADOPTED this 4th day of May , 1987.
