RESOLUTION NO. 87-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE
TIME WHEN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
85-18, GRANTED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2400 MONTE VISTA AVENUE, SHALL EXPIRE.
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 85-18, to permit
the development of seven single-family dwelling units on pro-
perty located at 2400 Monte Vista Avenue in the R2-PRD use
district, was granted by the Planning Commission on May 28,
1985 and became effective on June 18, 1985; and
June
and
WHEREAS, said Conditional Use Permit will expire on
18, 1987 due to non-use unless extended by this Council;
WHEREAS, the grantee of said Conditional Use Permit
has requested an extension of the expiration date of said
Conditional Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, this Council finds that such an extension
is appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA A/qA that the expiration date of Conditional
Use Permit No. 85-18 is hereby extended to June 18, 1988,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as originally
imposed on the approval of said Conditional Use Permit.
