A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 35, REVISION 1
TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5063 FOR
FEDeRAL-AID SAFETY FUNDING FOR PAVEMENT MARKER DEMONSTRATION
PROJECT AT VARIOUS IJDCATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has identified ~mpro-
ve~ents in traffic safety as a transportation objective of highest priority; and
~{EREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding in the ~nount of $82,693 has been
approved and allocated for implementation of such improvement project; and
WHEREAS, City-matchin~ funds are not required under the conditions of the
grant
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana resolves that
Supplement No. 35, Revision 1 to Local ~k3ency/State Agreement No. 07-5063 shall be
executed.
ADOPTED this 6th day of June , 1988.
