A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSENTING TO
THE AMENDMENT OF A DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRIC-
TIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1919-
1921 NORTH SHERRY LANE
WHEREAS, a multiple-family residential development located
at 1919-1921 North Sherry Lane in the City of Santa Ana was
established as a condominium complex by a Declaration of Cove-
nants, Conditions, and Restrictions executed in October, 1963;
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said dwelling units do now desire
to amend said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restric-
tions in certain particulars as specified in materials enclosed
with a letter to the City Attorney dated February 8, 1988; and
WHEREAS, said Declaration, in section 24 thereof, requires
the consent of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for
all amendments to said Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has no objection to the proposed
amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby consents to the proposed
amendments to the said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions.
2. The City Council also requests that said Declaration
be further amended so as to delete the requirement that amend-
