RESOLUTION NO. 88-72
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-149
RELATING TO THE TERM OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS OF
THE TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 73-149, the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana established the Transportation Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the term of office of members of the Trans-
portation Advisory Committee established by said Resolution No.
73-149 is inconsistent with the terms of office of boards and
commissions as set forth in Section 901 of the Charter of the
City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make the terms
of office of the members of the Transportation Advisory Com-
mittee to be the same as other boards and commissions of the
City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana:
1. Resolution No. 73-149 is hereby amended by deleting
the provision containing the terms of office of members of the
Transportation Advisory Committee and substituting therefor
the following:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the pro-
visions of Section 901 of the Charter of the
City of Santa Ana as it now exists or as here-
after amended relating to appointments, re-
movals, vacancies and terms of office of mem-
bers of boards and commissions are hereby
incorporated herein by reference."
2. Except as amended by this resolution, all other pro-
visions of Resolution No. 73-149 shall remain in full force
and effect.
3. For purgoses of this Resolution, the terms of office
of current members of the Transportation Advisory Committee shall
be adjusted as follows:
