RESOLUTION NO. 88- 73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
(GPA 88-~)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa
Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved amendments
to the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public
hearing, concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said
General Plan amendments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use
Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby
amended in the following particulars: those areas of the city
shown as la and lb on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorpor-
ated herein, are redesignated from one land use category to
another as follows:
(a) Area la is redesignated from the "Multi-Use Cor-
ridor'' category to the "General Business District" category.
(b) Area lb is redesignated from the "Multi-Use Cor-
ridor'' category to the "Industrial" category.
ADOPTED this ]5th day of November , 1988.
