RESOLUTION NO. 88-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL
NO. 040 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT FOR
FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS NO. 12-5063.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that that certain agreement between the City of Santa
Ana and the State of California entitled "Program Supplement
No. 040 to Local Agency - State Agreement for Federal-Aid Pro-
jects No. 12-5063" is hereby approved and the Mayor is autho-
rized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this ]9th day of December , 1988.
