RESOLUTION NO. 88-88
A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT 019-REV. 1 TO
LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5063 FOR FEDERAL-
AID SA~'~'rg FUNDING OF PROJECT HES-HHS-000S(054).
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Santa Ana has identified
improvements in traffic safety as an objective of highest priority; and
WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding for implementation of such improve-
ments has been approved and allocated in an amount totalling $249,300 by Sup-
ple~ent 019-Rev. 1 to Local Agency/State Agreement No. 07-5063;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Santa Ana resolves that
Supplement 019-Rev. 1 to Local Agency/State A~reement No. 07-5063 shall be
executed.
ADOPTED this Nineteenth day of December, 1988.
