· RESOLUTION NO. 89-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT ("DISTRICT AGREEMENT
NO. 12-029") BETWEEN THE,STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, ACTING BY AND THROUGH
ITS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, the State of California, acting by and through
its Department of Transportation, has provided the City of Santa
Ana with a proposed AGreement providing for improvements to city
streets within the City of Santa Aha which would be impacted by
the State's project to. reconstruct the interchange between the
I-5 and SR-55 freeways, which proposed agreement is identified by
the State as follows:

District Agreement No. 12-029
(hereinafter referred to as "District Agreement No. 12-029")
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that District Agreement No. 12-029 is here-
by approved and the mayor is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this 21st day of February , 1989.
