RESOLUTION NO. 89-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA PROHIBITING THE
STOPPING OF VEHICLES ON HARBOR BOULE-
VARD BETWEEN WESTMINSTER AND WARNER
AVENUES DURING THE HOURS FROM 4:00 P.M.
TO 9:00 A.M.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that pursuant to section 36-132 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency of the
City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized and directed to place signs
prohibiting the stopping of vehicles on Harbor Boulevard between
Westminster and Warner Avenues within the City of Santa Ana during
the hours from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., such authority to be in
addition to any other parking restrictions imposed by the said
Executive Director along the said portion of Harbor Boulevard pur-
suant to Article IV of Chapter 36 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
