RESOLUTION NO. 89-034
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
THE ORANGE COUNTY HAZARDOUS WASTE
MANAGEMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange has prepared a Hazardous
Waste Management Plan and submitted it for approval to the cities
within the county in accordance with Article 3.5 (commencing with
section 25135) of Chapter 6.5 of Division 20 of the Health and
Safety Code of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Orange County Hazardous Waste
Management Plan, as prepared and submitted to the City of Santa
Ana by the County of Orange, is hereby approved by the City of
Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this l?th day of April , 1989.
