RESOLUTION NO. 89-0~6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING
MAINTENANCE BENEFIT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-62 the City
initiated proceedings for the formation of the Cit' Santa Ana
Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Benefit Dist and
ordered the City Engineer to prepare a report "Engineer's
Report") in accordance with Section 22565 of State of Cali-
fornia Streets and Highways Code; and
