RESOLUTION NO. 89-090
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN VARIANCE
NO. 88-1, GRANTED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1002 EAST SEVENTEENTH STREET, SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Variance No. 88-1, to permit a freestanding
sign on property located at 1002 East Seventeenth Street, was
granted by the Planning Commission on February 22, 1988 and
became effective on April 4, 1988; and
WHEREAS, said Variance will have expirgd on April 4,
1990 due to non-use unless extended by this Council; and
WHEREAS, the grantee of said Variance has requested
an extension of the expiration date of said Variance; and
WHEREAS, this council finds that such an extension
is appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Variance
88-1 is hereby extended to April 4, 1991, subject to the same
conditions and requirements as originally imposed on the appro-
val of said Variance.
