A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING
THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR THE SANTA ANA ARENA PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. A final environmental impact report has been prepared
for the Santa Ana Arena project in compliance with the California
Environmental Quality Act,
2. The final environmental impact report for the Santa
Ana Arena project has been presented to the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana and the City Council has reviewed and considered
the information contained in that final environmental impact
report prior to determining whether to approve the Santa Ana
Arena project.
