RESOLUTION NO. 90-~1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMEND-
MENT TO DISTRICT ~GREEMENT NO. 12-029 9-2
BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACTING
BY AND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF TPJ%NSPOR-
TATION, AND THE CITY OF SANT~ AMA.
WHEREAS, the State of California, acting by and through
its Department of Transportation, and the City of Santa Ana have
entered into that certain "District Agreement No. 12-029 A-2,"
defining the terms and conditions of a cooperative project to
provide street improvements to alleviate the expected congestion
that will be impacted by the State's reconstruction of the
interchange between the I-5 and SR-55 freeways; and
WHEREAS, the State has now provided the City with a
proposed amendment to the said agreement, which proposed amendment
is identified by the State as "Amendment to Agreement, 12-ORA-5/55
stage 2, 12101-101641, District Agreement No. 12-029 A-2"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that the said "Amendment to Agreement" is hereby
approved and the mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Santa Ana.
