RESOLUTION NO. 91-008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN
THE OFFICE OF RISK MANAGEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that the destruction by the Executive Director of Personnel
Services of those certain records of the Office of Risk Management
identified as "Workers' Compensation Claims, Selected Duplicate
Files 1962-87 (1683 Confidential Files)".is hereby approved, in
accordance with Government Code Section 34090.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of January , 1991.
