RESOLUTION NO. 91-018
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANAAMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-046 IN
CONNECTION WITH THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT CASE
ENTITLED FREEMAN V. CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1990, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 90-046 regarding payment of punitive damages, if
any, on behalf of the police officers therein named arising out of
the United States District Court case entitled Freeman v. City of
Santa Ana, et al.; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution inadvertently omitted to include
Sergeant Ken Ice in the recitals;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA that Sergeant Ken Ice be included in the third
recital of Resolution No. 90-046.
