RESOLUTION NO. 91-057
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA TO AMEND THE GENERAL
PLAN TO CHANGE CERTAIN LAND USE DESIG-
NATIONS IN THE BRISTOL CORRIDOR AND TO
DESIGNATE BRISTOL STREET AS A PRIMARY
SCENIC CORRIDOR (GPA 91-1)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the city of Santa Ana,
after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the
General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing,
concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan
amendment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AS~FOLLOWS:
1. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of t~e city of
Santa Aha is hereby amended to redesignate those areas of the city
shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, from
the "Low Density Residential," "Medium Density Residential," and
"General Business District" categories to the "Open Space," "Low
Density Residential," "General Business District," and
"Professional and Administrative Office" categories in accordance
with the changes shown on said Exhibit A.
2. The Scenic Corridor Element of the General Plan is hereby
amended to redesignate Bristol Street from a secondary corridor
providing neighborhood linkage to a primary scenic corridor.
