RESOLUTION NO. 91-089
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENTS NO. 047 THROUGH 059 TO LOCAL
AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 FEDERAL-
AID SAFETY FUNDING FOR HAZARD ELIMINATION
SAFETY PROJECTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Santa Ana has
identified improvements in traffic safety as a transportation
objective of highest priority; and
WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding
$465,930 has been approved and allocated for
such.lmprovement projects; and
in the amount of
implementation of
WHEREAS, City-matching funds in the required amount of
$120,770 have been programmed in the Fiscal Year 90-91 Budget
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Santa
Aha resolves that Supplements No. 047 through 059 to Local
Agency/State Agreement No. 12-5063 shall be executed.
