RESOLUTION NO. 91-091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CERTIFYING THE LOCAL
PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS
FOLLOWS:
.1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana certifies that
the City of Santa Ana has a Pavement Management Plan in conformance
with the criteria stated in the Orange County Local Transportation
Authority Ordinance No. 2, Policy Resolution No. 3. This resolu-
tion requires that a Local Pavement Management Plan be in place
and maintained to qualify for allocation of revenues generated from
Measure M.
2. The system was prepared by BSI Consultants, Inc. and
contains, as a minimum, the following elements:
Inventory of arterial and collector routes reviewed an
updated biennially. The last update on the inventory was
completed in September, 1991.
Assessment of pavement condition for all routes in the
system, updated biennially. The last review of pavement
condition was completed in September, 1991.
Identification of all sections of pavement needing
rehabilitation or replacement.
Determination of budget

3. A copy of this certification shall be provided to the
