RESOLUTION NO. 91- 102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DELEGATING AUTHORITY
TO THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION WITH
REGARD TO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENTS
WHEREAS, section 33203 of the Community Redevelopment Law
(California Government Code sections 33000 et seq.) provides that
the City Council may delegate any of its functions as the governing
body of the Community Redevelopment Agency to the Redevelopment
Co~mission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana undertake those functions of
the Community Redevelopment Agency which pertain to the amendment
of redevelopment plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby authorized and directed to carry out those functions
of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana
which pertain to the amendment of redevelopment plans, including,
but not limited to, those functions of the community redevelopment
agencies which are specified in Article 12 (commencing with section
33450) of Chapter 4 of the Community Redevelopment Law.
